She is a CEO, a founder, a visionary, a mother, a wife, and a leader with a lifelong history in volunteer service. An entrepreneur at heart and in practice, Tiffanie has spent the last 13 years launching and building businesses resulting in the sale of two successful companies, Lamp Post Properties and Second Story Real Estate Management.

Sunny is an accomplished entrepreneur, senior executive, and board member with demonstrated success spanning hospitality, construction, and real estate development. Currently, Sunny serves as the President and CEO of Desai Companies. In this role, Sunny is actively involved in the development and acquisition of successful businesses in hospitality, e-commerce, real estate, manufacturing, and other sectors. He lives in Ridgeland, MS with his large white german shepherd, Ari.

Hiten Patel began his career in the hospitality industry when his parents moved to Chattanooga, TN in 1986 from Malawi, Africa. As a young teenager, Hiten helped his parents with guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance of an Independent Hotel. While pursuing his college degree, Hiten oversaw the construction of the Motel 6 in downtown Chattanooga then went on to oversee its management. After graduating, Hiten moved to Nashville, TN to join Aventis Pharmaceuticals, where was rapidly promoted until he became Quality Systems Supervisor overseeing manufacturing. Eventually, Hiten relocated back to Chattanooga to join Vision Hospitality Group where he oversaw the design and construction of over 30 hotels for Vision Hospitality as their Senior Vice President of Development and Construction.

A born-and-raised military child, Kristen has spent the greater half of her life relocating around the country to new cities, states, homes, and schools. She has a professional work history in sales and marketing, but after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing, she was drawn to the property management and real estate industry. She brings experience with relocation and understanding the importance of building strong relationships. Her love for learning new skills, process implementation, and creative design fuel her in her work every day.
